Terms and Conditions for the 8th Fund Free Company Listing Giveaway
- Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is 8th Fund (“we,” “us,” “our”). - Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, you must be 18 years of age or older. - Entry Period
The competition opens on [26/09/2024] and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on [18/10/2024]. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. - How to Enter
To enter, submit your full name and email address through the form on the pre-launch landing page of the 8th Fund. No purchase is necessary. Entries that promote any form of unethical behaviour, or contain degrading, inappropriate, or unprofessional content, will be automatically disqualified at our discretion. - Prize
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) free company listing on the 8th Fund platform. The listing will be valid for 6 months once the platform is live. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. - Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by 21/10/2024, and winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. - Data Protection
By entering the competition, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information (name and email address) for the purposes of administering the giveaway and sending you updates about 8th Fund. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails. - General
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice. Our decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
